It couldn't be easier! Thanks to the format, and 3 balls, our wooden massage tool enables different types of self-massage. For a particularly localised massage, press, with more or less intensity, on one of the 3 balls of the massage tool. For a more comprehensive massage, make circular motions, in one direction, then the other. The 3 points (or balls) are in contact with the skin.
The wooden massage tool is designed for adults, solely for external use. It should not be used on skin lesions.
