There are three levels to choose from:- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);- Level 3: medium support for activities that cause a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);- Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).

It's essential to choose the right size of sports bra to keep your breasts supported and comfortable.
