The Warm 900 padded jacket is made with a lined fabric.

This is a very thin polyurethane film that makes the material waterproof while remaining breathable. More flexible, lightweight, resistant and often more breathable than coating, which is less expensive and requires a protective lining, similar to paint applied to the inside of the fabric.

How to restore the jacket's water-repellent properties?

The water-repellency of your jacket must be regularly reactivated (every three washes): over time, even though it remains waterproof thanks to the component, it seems to start absorbing water. Wash and/or dry your ski/snowboard jacket: following a specific protocol, you can improve its lifespan.
