Why should i choose a t-shirt made of a synthetic fabric for running?

Really like this tshirt, it's light and breathable and perfect for the gym/cardio workouts. However I bought the coral colour and there are noticeable sweat patches after I did a workout. I thought because it is a running tshirt I wouldn't have this problem but I guess it's more noticeable because it's a bright colour. It might not be noticeable in the black. I still like it as it's very light and doesn't feel heavy when you sweat. I was looking for baggier tops as I don't like it when they are skin tight. I would say it's a more casual fit, not fitted and not oversized.
I bought this top for myself and some family members for the race for life UK and we were all shocked by the moisture management. For reference on the day of the race we were in the middle of the UK heatwave and were sweating quite a bit however this top stayed dry and comfortable throughout. Amazing quality product! Amazing price!
Light weight and true to size ordered XL for size 18. Good practical T-shirt. No sure about moisture management as not used yet.
