Recommendation:
The wheel is out of true with small or major impacts that loosen the spoke headsThe wheel then loses tension. An out of balance wheel could lead to spokes breaking. If the wheel rubs against your brake pads, it increases the amount of wear and slows you down.
This service includes:
Replacing maximum* 3 spokes, remove and mount tyre, trueing the wheel, brake and derailleur adjustment if its for a rear wheel.(*If there are more than 3 spokes to replace, the cost will increase)
2nd tip:
The spokes will be cut to the length of the size of the original spokes.

booked my bike to change broken spokes and change the chain. it took them more than 3 month to do the job. every time i called to check on the progress the answer is always the same excuse the engineer and the manager not around. after 3 months they text me to come to pickup the bike. the spokes are with different color the chain not changed. after 3 days the spokes start breaking again the wheel is faulty by the way they change the wheel before this.
