You can configure your own training sessions directly via the watch.And personalise your progress to suit your goals!5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time).For example:- 20' warm-up- 8 repetitions 30sec action/30sec recovery- 2 sets- 2' rest between sets- 10' recovery at end of workout
