1. Remove the object that caused the puncture 2. Vigorously shake the can 3. Position the valve at 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock 4. Firmly screw the appropriate end to your inner tube's valve 5. Remove the safety top on the cap 6. With the spray held vertically (nozzle up), spray all contents in a single go 7. Rotate the wheel to make sure the product distributes evenly 8. Ride for a few miles and then reinflate your tyre to the right pressure
You should replace the repaired inner tube after your ride. When used to prevent punctures, this product is effective for up to three months.

I had a new inner tube put in the back tyre of my e-bike. The mechanic who did it was knowledgeable and courteous and did the job while I waited, also giving advice on the use of anti-puncture products. I was very impressed by the service.
Neat package to travel with in your bag when cycling. No doubt could be a lifesaver in the event of a puncture.
Got a puncture today on my MTB, it didn't seal at all.... In fact it made it so much worse, the inner tube filled with annoying non functioning foam that kept popping out of the puncture and kept preventing the proper tube seal from sticking. Not to mention what a mess it made inside the tube! It was a nightmare, I wish I never used the bloody foam! So much easier and faster to do it the "old fashioned way guys!!
