On first use, attach the straps to your trousers when you’re not wearing them as this will make it easier. The straps have 3 parts in a Y shape. The two longer parts attach to the front of the trousers in the loops intended for this purpose. Put the end of the strap through the loop and attach using the Velcro. The right setting for the straps is the one that puts slight pressure on the shoulders
This product is repairable.We commit to repairing your product free of charge for the duration of the warranty. Whatever it is, fixings, seams, etc. This service is offered in your usual store. However, if we can't repair your product (production defect), we will exchange it or reimburse you.

I have returned them , as not performing as expected, not really helpful for what I needed, I prefere to have stronger suspension. But looks good and fits easy.
Successfully held up a slightly oversized pair of ski trousers on my (still growing) son.
These were great paired with some wedzi ski trousers which made it much cheaper and more versatile than salopettes
