How to use a weighted vest for strength training: You can use your 5 kg or 10 kg weighted vest for classic functional bodyweight exercises: dips to work the triceps, shoulders and pectoral muscles; pull-ups for the biceps and back; muscle-ups for the whole chest; squats on one or two legs to work the thighs, and more.
For the best fit, you should adjust your weighted vest in three places: - Chest: Choose one of the three strap adjustment heights. It should hit slightly above your chest for proper breathing. Once you choose the height, you can tighten the following to suit your needs by pulling on the strap. - Shoulder strap: To keep the weighted vest in place as you exercise, you need to adjust the shoulder strap.

The Strength Training Weighted Vest - 5 kg is just right. The design is smart and the fit is perfect. I use it in a lot of different exercises and is excellent for that added extra body weight. The adjustable straps assist with securing the vest perfectly around the upper body without restricting movement. Worth it without breaking the bank.
