This softshell jacket can be worn on its own or under a waterproof outer jacket for added protection. The breathable and windproof membrane will keep you warm, while providing ventilation.

Warmth and windproofing
Wind makes you feel much colder. Thus for an outside temperature of 0°, a 20 kph wind chill will produce a perceived temperature of -10°. \"Windproof\" components prevent the discomfort caused by this \"freezing effect\". By forming a barrier against the wind they are very effective at reducing heat loss.
Comfort
Thin wadding (60 g/m²) has been added to the forearms for greater gun carrying comfort. For those who prefer to carry their gun over the shoulder, we have added an extra layer of 8 mm polyurethane foam padding.
The details make the difference
The pre-shaped elbows make for freedom of movement when you go to take a shot. Your keys can be secured on a clip inside the breast pocket. Inside zip pocket for keeping your documents safe.

Relatively slim fit jacket. Jacket is designed to be worn over a thin 2nd layer garment such as a micro-fleece.
What do we mean by water repellent?
Not to be confused with waterproofing! This property is achieved by applying a water repellent treatment to the fabric. This process prevents water adhering to the fabric surface, thereby limiting its capacity to absorb water. If you add movement, water can now slide off the fabric. This is what we mean by water repellent. When a fabric is water repellent, water does not soak into it, and the jacket remains light, does not retain dampness and dries faster.
What is a softshell?
The softshell component is a high-tech fabric combining 3 materials: a micro-porous, breathable, windproof membrane laminated between the outer water repellent fabric and the inner warm and comfortable fleece lining. The properties of this high-tech material combine warmth, breathability, lightness, protection and freedom of movement thanks to the warm stretch component.
