Fabric glued to both sides of the bare neoprene. It provides colour and a tear resistance that is superior to neoprene without fine mesh jersey.

Solid
Great item and does the job. although comes up small bought age 6 for my 3 year old
Nicely made, good proportions. However, age 4 fits my 2 year old (91cm tall). There is no little cover for the top of the zip under the chin, which would make it more comfortable.
