The mirror effect is aesthetic only. Beware of scratches, which are more clearly visible on a mirror lens. Keep them protected in their case. Before cleaning with a cloth, rinse the lenses with water to rid them of any dust. Material: impact-resistant polycarbonate. Geometry: spherical, 8-base design.

I bought theses for the purpose of running, as I'm not a cyclist, but to be quite honest I tend to wear them all the time in sunny weather now. I love the coverage they give over my eyes, unlike some of my more casual glasses that don't seem to give full coverage to my eyes. Lightweight and durable enough so they're not brittle. They do fog up on occasion, which I wish obviously didn't happen - however for the price I can cope with that.
For the money these are an excellent, Comfortable and light pair of cycling glasses
