That is why the 900 bench was designed with different degrees of incline: the inclined position targets the upper pecs, while the declined position focuses on the lower pecs. Well designed, easy to assemble, very sturdy. Not as comfortable as a commercial bench such as the one you find at your local gym however for ho e use its perfect.
Is my first bench hopefully it’ll last long enough
Good solid bench. Easy to put together. I could wish the seat had more the just 2 settings for flat and incline but lots of adjustment for the back rest of the bench is good. Really easy to just wheel around in my gym
