These do the job it says in the tin and at half the price of equivalents that is great. Also easy to fit and well shaped for running shoes - which some aren't. Coukd be improved by having shoe size guide lines for cutting in case you have lost your previous insoles, but otherwise trim.round thr old ones to fit.
I bought this to replace the insole for my Kalenji running shoes as the insole keeps sliding up and the cushion is running out. The insole was a perfect fit and well cushioned. Will purchase again in future.
