Work on your posture
Four markers are printed on the mat to help you:- aim accurately using the the alignment lines-position the face of your putter straight with your aiming point (square)- position your eyes over the ball- in managing the amplitude of your movement (dynamic crossing)

For the first time, you will have to pass over the hole to end up behind it and you will find yourself in the “right area” printed on the mat.

A distância de 90 cm e 180 cm estão ok mas a os 220 cm estão mal marcados; comprovei com fita métrica; posso enviar foto se necessário; funciona e por isso não vou devolver mas é um erro de palmatória.
Ce tapis est largement suffisant avec 10 exercices pour appréhender les bases et moduler les distances. Une vitesse de 3 m, ce qui est proche de beaucoup de parcours avec une moyenne de 2,8 m à 3,2 m.
Quand j’ai appelé Inesis park la boutique pour réserver le tapis, on ne m’a pas précisé la vitesse du tapis. Celle que j’ai correspond à une réalité qui n’est que très peu la nôtre dans les hauts de France. Dommage donc de ne pas attirer l’attention du client sur ce « détail » qui n’en est pas un. ;)
