To clean your punching ball, use a damp cloth and soapy water. Then rinse with clear water. We also recommend that you do not store it in a damp environment (indoors or outdoors).

Height-adjustable from 1.25 m to 1.55 m, this punching ball is suitable for people from 1.60 m to 1.95 m tall. To correctly adjust this punching ball to your height, we recommend installing it at shoulder-height.
