USING THE PAINT MARKER
1/ The first time you use it, push the tip of the marker against a sheet of paper several times to get the colour going.
2/ Wipe the tip of the marker with a cloth.
3/ Apply 2 layers of paint to the ridges/grooves, letting it dry for ten minutes between each layer and before beginning play.
4/ For optimal hold, repeat every 5 to 10 matches.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please note: all new boules are greased to prevent rust during transport. The paint will stick only if the product is applied to a degreased, clean (dust-free) ball.
This product was designed to be applied on the ridges and/or grooves of petanque boules.
It can be used on the surface of the boule, but in that case, it will need to be reapplied before each match.
USE TOO MUCH PAINT?
The excess paint outside the grooves will wear quickly during play.
