With the MS100 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.
You can track the progress of your session and your performances by looking at how many reps you've done, how long it has been since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burned since the start of your workout. The stepper is a good size and I like the design but when I use it, the timer doesn't count properly and it's constantly says that I am stoped when I am not. This means that the timer doesn't work and it also doesn't count steps. I will attempt to return this as I've only had it a week. If the timer worked properly I would have been happy with it. I could use it without the timer but I feel that if it's part of the design then it should work!
