Excellent, apart from waterproofing and sole wear.

I may be reviewing Redmond 2 version here but these have been excellent as far as overall comfort and quality goes. Now approaching 2 years old and still going strong. I have noted the waterproofness appears to have a finite life (12-18months) and the centre of sole tends to wear compared to the edges. Maybe the Redmond 3 has addressed this.
