We offer 2 different massage kits. The first one includes a smooth roller and a structured ball. The second one includes a structured roller and a structured ball (with foam spikes). This is the one you are looking at. The massage stick is the same in both kits. What's the difference?Your sensations! The choice is up to you and what you prefer.
Use the massage roller on the floor. It is designed to massage the leg muscles:glutes, thighs (fascia latta, hamstrings, and quadriceps) and calves. You can also use it for your back muscles. Its hard, structured foam provides a deep, intense massage. You only need your body weight to make it work!
You can use the massage ball on your foot arch, back, calves, glutes, and chest muscles. It allows you to give your muscles and trigger points a deep massage.Use it on the floor, against a wall, or with the hand depending on the zone you want to massage.
The massage stick is perfectly adapted to massage your thighs and calves. Its texture is ideal to provide your muscles with a deep self-massage. Apply more or less pressure depending on the depth and intensity you want for your self-massage.
The massage accessories (roller, ball or stick) are designed for self-massage after sport. For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes massaging each muscle group. You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.
