So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 8L trail running bag!The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket (right-hand side), always within easy reach.A 1L water bladder (included) will provide you with two hours of battery life between feeding stations (it is advisable to drink 500 ml/hour)
