Ordered 9.5- Uk They arrived marked 10c to 10.5c My daughter is a Clark’s size 11, these were too big, if your child has wide feet, they may work as her feet as slim so didn’t grab at the heel.
My granddaughter has narrow feet, so the fins are a bit wide but otherwise all good. Great for small kids.
