This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product, if the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This commercial guarantee does not affect any statutory guarantees that are applicable in the country/state of purchase.
Created in our international design centre at the foot of Mont Blanc in France, this backpack is then manufactured and assembled by our suppliers in Vietnam and China. Just the right size for me (5 foot short with narrow shoulders) to carry when I just need a raincoat/money/snack etc. Not too keen on the vertical zip on the back - easy for someone behind you to pull down. Would also benefit from a small internal pocket - not the spaces behind the zip as they are too narrow. Comfortable, especially with the chest strap, and very lightweight. Excellent value for money.
