If you buy these plates to use on a barbell or dumbbell bar, you'll also need some clips to train safely. The clip should be added to the bar after you've put the plate on it so that the plate won't slide off during your workout. The weight clips are sold in pairs. (ref: 8574652).
There are a few simple things you can do to keep your weight plates in good condition for as long as possible. - Store them in a dry place. If you keep them somewhere damp or outside, they could go rusty. - You should also dust them once in a while using a dry or damp microfibre cloth. - Store them on the bottom floor of your home on a storage rack (ref: 8788246) or on a wall-mounted plate rack (ref: 8796727)
Weight training plates may be used with a bar or dumbbell, depending on your equipment (here on a bench and bar). Pec and tricep exercise: - Bench press 4×4 reps Keep 2 reps in the tank as you finish each set. Over time, and as you get stronger, you can increase the load by adding 0.5 kg or 1 kg weights.
