      Open the bag and bring the two ends together so that they touch each other. Then fill with hot water to level 2 (70 ml). Mix. Close the zip closure. Wait 9 minutes, stir with your cutlery and enjoy.

      Dish rehydrates in 9 minutes. Recipe and volume suitable for workouts in the great outdoors. Free from preservatives. 100% freeze-dried. Made in Poland.
