Directions for use

Dish rehydrates in 2 minutes.Open the bag and bring the two ends together till they touch, so that the bottom of the bag opens up like a bowl. Add 25 ml of hot or cold water. Do not cover the water mixture. Mix with your cutlery and taste. 25 ml volume is quite difficult to measure out, the amount of water can also be added with your soup spoon (around 4 spoons) depending on your desired crunch.

Dehydration or freeze-drying?

100% of the ingredients in this dessert are freeze-dried!It is a sublimation process (turning water from the solid state directly into a gaseous state). This way all the nutritional benefits of the ingredients chosen as part of the ingredients, are preserved (unlike other dehydration processes). This also, very importantly, keeps the taste of the foods in tact and limits the use of preservatives.
