Bag under 25kg/55lbs = Minimum 20kg/44lbs weight on stand 25 - 25kg / 55lbs - 77lbs bag - Minimum 40kg/88lbs weight on stand 35 - 45kg / 77lbs - 99lbs bag - Minimum 50kg/110lbs weight on stand 45 -55kg / 99lbs - 121lbs bag - Minimum 60kg/132lbs weight on stand Not suitable for use with punching bags over 55kg/121lbs.

Spot on, get the sand back weights just in case but overall very happy indeed
Had a stand before but this one is a lot better, has good hight to it an stable with big knocks
It is very difficult to assemble as the bolts holding the stand and the base together don’t line up, as for how sturdy it is I cannot say as I can’t even assemble it because bolts don’t line up, whoever designed this should be fired!
