Light and well made with plenty of space for tackle, rods, poles etc. The seat is spacious and comfortable and there are rubber supports on the cross members to hold a pole.
I'm not using this for fishing, but a great little stool and very useful to have the bag on the side rather than underneath enabling easy access when sat down
