You bought this board to train your balance. You may have trouble getting on the board the first time. Use a gymnastics stick or hold onto the wall if you need help. Try to let go for longer each time to see how much you've improved! For your safety, we recommend using the balance board on a soft surface, like a gym mat for example.
The balance board supports a max weight of 110 kg.
If you find it hard to balance, grab a gym bar or hold onto a wall. Try to let go for longer each time to see how much you've improved! To practise safely, we recommend placing the balance board on something such as a floor mat for more traction.

Top bit of kit
Nice bit of kit for adding a bit extra to home workouts. Looks good and is straightforward. Not sure it would withstand use with heavyweights but may be proved wrong.
I was a little concerned that this may not be as strong as I would like, but it has not broken in half yet!!! Using this to add some variance to the exercise after the gym balls and weights. Can really feel the difference in the core muscles after the exercise so somethings working. Not focusing on results, just enjoying the exercise.
