Great to build balance. I watched YouTube video to learn few moves. I don’t think it will last long if you use daily.
Used after ankle sprain combined with Achilles injury. Used on one or two feet, gently swaying to regain flexibility and strength.
There is an alternative product, the round shaped more cushion like with knobs. It might do the job as well. But I find this one easier and more efficient for the purpose.
