To extend the life of your band, we recommend: - Gently cleaning it with warm water and a damp cloth after each workout - Sprinkling some talcum powder on it from time to time - Storing it out of direct light and away from heat sources, ideally at temperatures below 30°C - Do not store in your car, where significant temperature variations can damage it.

Loved the quality and colour
disappointed with this band, it is much narrower than the picture so using for pilates exercises where you put your foot in the band is really tricky as it keeps snapping as it's only 3 inches wide.
Is so good for resistance exercises for legs and arms!
