Je viens de récupérer mon vélo car j avais un problème au niveau de l assistance lorsque je passe de la 2 à la 3. Je n ai pas pu connaître le diagnostic et rentrant avec mon vélo le problème est toujours existant !! Je suis très contrariée ! Mon vélo à été immobilisé 1 semaine et je ne sais rien de ce qui a été fait !
Intervention impeccable. Seul petit reproche : le vélo n'est pas nettoyé
