Drivetrain Repair Service Pack

I've had more than several excellent experiences when having my children's bikes serviced by Decathlon Portsmouth. Steve and the team are my new favourite local bike shop - always friendly and understanding, able to find the best value option and provide a very quick turnaround. It's where I take my bikes and they don't have to be Decathlon branded bike.

Feel like a new bike after the service !! No doubt need to send back the bicycle for two more times Cheers

In my honest opinion, Decathlon could have done better with the maintenance job. When I got received my bike, the chain didn’t seem to be lubricated properly which resulted in really rough gear changes. But they rectified the issue on the spot. Another problem was that after the drivetrain repair service, my bike’s front derailleur was not calibrated properly so I couldn’t shift to a higher gear, hence I had to go to another bike shop to get it done. Lastly, the handlebars could have been wrapped better in my opinion, but it is understandable because my request had a higher level of complexity. Overall, there is quite a bit of room for improvement.
