    - Handle length: 25 cm - Handle diameter: 32 mm The maximum user weight for these dip supports is 150 kg. Remember that if you add weights!

    How to accessorise the dips kit

    If you\'re just beginning, you can lighten your load using an elastic band and increase its resistance gradually as you improve. - 45 kg Elastic (ref: 8484822) If body weight work is already too easy for you, you can add weight using our gilets or with a weighted belt. - 6-10 kg Gilet (ref: 8734579) - 0-5 kg Gilet (ref: 8736051) - Weighted belt (ref:8667146) - 0.5-20 kg cast iron weights to put on the belt (ref: 1042303)

    Installing the dips kit

    Our dips kit is very easy to install. - Be sure to follow the Right and Left markings - Put the stem into the hole that corresponds to the height you need on each side - It\'s all ready! Once installed, the handles won\'t move.

    Depending on your level, you can do your dips in 3 different ways: - Beginner: remove weight with an elastic band (base resistance on your level) and do 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps - Intermediate: do your dips with body weight: 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps - Advanced: add weight, and increase your load gradually Keep improving by adding 1 rep or a bit of weight each week.
