We conducted a study into the effects of compression when running. This study proves that wearing compression socks: 1 - improves blood flow by 47% which increases oxygen levels in the muscles, 2 - reduces vibration in tissues, which in turn reduces muscle damage, 3 - improves biochemical parameters for running. As a result, wearing compression socks improves running performance.
Compression using this sock is useful DURING exertion. This sock is not suited to recovery.
For superior performance, take various precise measurements of your biggest calf and select the matching sock size. size - calf circumference: 30 / 34CM (11.8 / 13.38") size - calf circumference: 34 / 38CM (13.4 / 14.96") size - calf circumference: 38 / 42CM ( 15 / 16.51")
Roll your sock down to the heel. Gently slide your sock onto your foot and check that the heel is in position. Using both hands, stretch your sock out to the side to get it over your ankle and roll it carefully up the leg and then check that the heel is properly in position. Adjust the sock so it is just below the knee, ensure the material is evenly spread around the calf with no folds along the leg.
for maximum efficiency, we advise you to put the right sock on the right leg (and the left on the left).

Bit of a squeeze to fit on but a good tight fit that provides excellent compression support and r3lief. Need to measure calf befor3 purchasing to ensure correct sizing.
Great support up through the lower leg. Not too thick. I use them in a desert climate.
I’ve only worn these socks twice, both times the bottoms of my feet have been sore during the run and I’ve had huge blisters on the base of my feet afterwards. £20.00 for a pair of socks is steep to say the least but given the discomfort they’ve caused I’d say it was £20.00 wasted... Very disappointed is an understatement - I won’t be wearing them again.
