New patented system for gate opening/closing. The spring located inside the gate is held in place by a plastic runner which slides over the karabiner body. This new system replaces the strip system. It boasts the advantage of being more reliable during the assembly phase and in use. This system has been lab-tested in line with the applicable standards and in the field by our team of technical partners.
The karabiner must be cleaned with fresh water and dried away from a heat source. Do not use chemicals. For more details, refer to the instructions for use.
Store the karabiner in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, away from UV rays and chemicals. For more details, refer to the instructions for use.
Read the instructions before use.
The karabiners are certified: EN 12275: 2013 and UIAA 121: 2018

I have used this carabiner with an ATC for little more than 20 belays but it has already shown large signs of wear and degradation of the metal where the rope runs around it. I have retired it due to safety concerns from myself and others, should I not of used it with an ATC?
