Baby Ski/Sledge Goggles - Blue

We have developed these ski goggles to protect the eyes of babies from 12 to 36 months in both sunny and cloudy weather during their ski outings.

What is the UV protection of these kids’ ski goggles?

UV rays are bad for the eyes. All our goggles are 100% anti-UV certified by the standard EN 174. Kids’ ski goggles are the best protective solution: they perfectly enclose your child’s eyes and prevent UV rays and glare from passing through.

Why do these kids’ ski goggles have a dual lens?

These dual lens goggles reduces the formation of fogging. Indeed, the air that is trapped between the two lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. Thanks to this, the thermal shock between the inside and the outside of the mask is lower and therefore fogging slows down on the mask's inner lens. To complement this, the inner lens is also given an anti-fog treatment.

What is “ESSENTIAL” anti-fogging?

The ""ESSENTIAL"" anti-fogging is made up of a dual lens with an internal treatment and an air vent on the frame that ventilates the inside of the kids’ ski goggles. For good ventilation inside your goggles, do not obstruct these air vents with a neck warmer, for example.Be careful not to rub the inside of the lens but gently dab the surface to maintain the effectiveness of the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.

How to avoid fogging in these kids’ ski goggles?

Moisture causes fogging. You must therefore make sure that the foam does not get damp, by placing the kids’ ski goggles on a wet helmet or hat for example. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. This is why you must always correctly dry the kids’ ski goggles overnight to get rid of all traces of damp to be able to go skiing again the following day with thoroughly dry goggles.

How do I clean and care for baby ski goggles?

Outer lens:Use a slightly damp microfibre cloth (or a cover sold in the ski mask department) to clean the outer lens. This type of cloth does not cause any scratches on the lens. Rub gently on the lens surface.Inner lens:The inner lens surface has an anti-fog treatment, therefore it is recommended not to wipe but rather lightly dab it with a microfibre cloth.

What are the lens features?

Wraparound dual lens. The outer lens is made from injection moulded polycarbonate which is extremely shock-resistant and the inner lens is made from acetate.

What are the strap features?

22 mm high polyamide, polyester and rubber elastic.

EN 174 Standard
