Putting them on like shoes, position your heel against the foam, then use the straps on top of the foot to adjust them to your foot and you will feel stable.

Basic position 1: Place your back against the side of the pool by supporting yourself on each side with your arms on the edge of the pool. Basic position 2: Keep your back straight, with your bust slightly tilted forwards, wear a buoyancy belt adjusted to your size and your arms should be bent in the opposite direction to your legs.
