This has been great for the pool changing rooms which are just an open space, no cubicals. I can get changed quickly, without worry of anything on show. It isn't however all that great as a towel, I feel like I expected it to be better at quickly drying me so I could put my clothes on. Like it works but I think a standard towel type material may have been better. Probably not an issue if you're at the beach or somewhere leaisurly with no time pressures but for early morning quick turn around swims you need to be getting out of the way of the next group pretty fast!
