What is the difference between lower back pain and lumbago?
Lower back pain and lumbago are actually the same thing: back pain in the lumbar region. This pain can be caused by different things, from fractures to deformities and slipped discs. The pain will only disappear if the cause is treated. Wearing a back brace can help reduce pain thanks to its heating action, compression, and the restricted movement.
Choosing your lumbar brace size

Très bon produit
over the top super ceinture
Après avoir essayé en magasin la R500 que j'ai trouvé assez imposante et peu efficace (mais pas chère !) je me suis mis en quête de la R900 qui n'était pas dispo dans mon magasin. Je l'ai trouvé dans un autre Decathlon où ou elle était disponible dans les 4 tailles. Pour faire court : essayez la taille qui devrait être trop petite pour vous en magasin. Si vous ne pouvez pas la boucler correctement autour de votre taille, prenez la taille du dessus et ce sera top. Le laçage permet de serrer comme vous le désirez et très précisément : cette ceinture est parfaite pour un prix finalement très contenu. Rien ne vous empêche d'y superposer le correcteur de posture ... mais ça vous donnera un peu le look playmobil !
