The bolts provided in this product will barely hold it on your bike. I've had it dismantle twice on the road, dropping my backpack with a lot of items in it. Either buy it knowing that you will need to get better nuts/bolts to keep it in place, or just get a better product.
Couldn't even attempt to put this on the bike, it's simply too small for a 700 wheel
I have had this rack for one week and it doesn't work properly, it constantly slips down. I'm trying to get in touch with customer service but can't find an email address
