I was helped with a chap in the bike area as no-one was available at the workshop. He was keen to try and look at the problem straight away and he was determined to find a solution. I had an issue with a back tyre that had been put on top of another tyre, which meant it was pretty impossible to prise off the top one from the rim. (He had never seen this before, nor his colleagues!) I left the wheel with them and the next day I got a phone call to say the wheel was ready for collection with new tube and tyre. Brilliant service and a great price too. We will definitely be back for further bike repairs and parts.
