Did you know? All our volleyballs are the same size (65 to 67 cm diameter), but they do not all have the same weight.For younger players (ages 4 to 5), the ball weighs 180 to 200 grams.For players aged 6 to 9, the ball weighs 200-220 grams.From age 10 to 14, the ball weighs 230 to 250 grams.Players over age 15 will play with the official ball weight of 260 to 280 grams.
A laminated ball for more accuracy!
This is our first "laminated" ball from the learning range. But what does that mean? That the ball's different panels aren't stitched, but are glued together in layers. This system makes your hits even more accurate.

This is great ball for beginners and also for the little ones, especially if they are too little and they are transitioning from the standard plastic ball (very light), to a heavier ball, but at the same time you want them to have a soft feeling whilst they are learning/training/doing multiple drills. My 5 years old really likes playing with this ball. Usually she's jumping in the trampolin, I "serve" with a volley, and she "receives" with a pass. At the beginning she was wearing wrist bands, and no pain or any red marks at all. Thank you Decathlon! (IMPORTANT: our trampolin has a surrounding net, not falling risk)
