Chlorinated water can be harmful to swimsuits which are used repeatedly in the swimming pool. The elastane fibre that gives the material its stretch property and therefore makes it comfortable, is also very fragile when in contact with chlorine. If you swim occasionally this material will be fine for you. If you swim regularly or intensively, opt for a 100% polyester material.

Fits nicely and easy to get on and off. Looks smart. Very good price, but I had to sew the side seam up the day I got it as I needed to wear it that afternoon. Unfortunately after only a year of very occasional use, the fabric has deteriorated rapidly and I need a replacement. Very disappointing, but I suppose I should have expected that at the price.
I was really pleased with the swimming suit when it arrived.Fit was brilliant. However worn twice for swimming and the material is already breaking down on the bottom area! I rinse through with clear water immediately after use. Might be a manufacturing issue for this batch of material but certainly not possible to use again. Disappointing because it ticked all boxes otherwise.
