What are spacers for?
On ALL skates: the spacers prevent the 2 bearings from getting squeezed towards the inside due to the pressure of the screws. They also improve glide performance and increase the equipment\'s lifespan (since the screw comes into contact, across its entire length, with the bearings, spacers and frame). On CERTAIN skates: the spacers allow you to change the diameter from 8 mm (diameter of the bearings) to 6 mm (diameter common to many skate screws).
Set includes
8 x 8mm diameter screws for Oxelo aluminium inline skate axles (Fit 5 Jr, Fit 5 Adult, FIT500, Sneak-In, SB5 and MF500). 1 screw longer by 0.4mm for the axle with the brake. 8 spacers.

Always good to have spares. Once again these are better value than any others I have seen. I only hope Decathlon start offering replacement straps and even liners for the MF500/MF900 boots....seeing as they are ostensibly the same boot fitted with different frames. Come on Decathlon, you've been promising to stock 'spares' for these skates for over a 12 month and only the axles appear to be available (also the brakes; but outside of beginners, brakes don't interest the majority of skaters). Great axles....just need to broaden the selection of spare parts available please Decathlon :D
