Yes, this jacket protected me from the cold, windy and rain but I overheated as the ventilation is awful and it is not sweat wicking at all. So, I had to make the decision to either be cold and wet, or warm and damp! I think next time, I'd prefer to layer up and be a little colder and wet from the rain. And of course, now it's been worn, it can't be returned 😕
Did the job. Kept me dry and warm without getting sweaty.
