Choosing the right size knee pads
These knee pads are available in four sizes, to fit different body builds. To find your correct size, measure the circumference of the thigh 8 cm above the knee. S 00: between 32 and 36 cm S 1: between 36 and 39 cm S 2: between 39 and 43 cm S 3: between 43 and 47 cm S 4: between 48 and 51

Foam padding shape designed to prevent injuries caused by low impacts. 20 mm thick basic foam padding (PU).

Both my son and I use these for our Karting and they provide really decent protection for knees being bumped on the steering column if you End up taking a shunt or two from others on track.
I measured my leg properly 3 times and even made sure with 3 other people I ordered the correct price, however when I ordered it, it was so tight I couldn't even put it over my foot to get to my knee. Plus I cant even return it because I tore it whilst trying to put it on because of how tight it was. I DO NOT RECOMEND! Very dissapointed, wasted my money
