These toe socks are amazing. I bought them to avoid toe blisters and having to use silicone tubes/micropore tape. They've revolutionised my hill-walking, worn under some other socks. They work brilliantly! But yes, they've shrunk after 2/3 washes on 30 degrees so I'm giving them 4*. I'm going to try some a size up and rinse them by hand.

I was really disappointed with these. Generally, decathlon brand kit is pretty good value, but these socks are a hard avoid. I bought them as I like toe socks while trail running and previously had good experiences with kalenji regular socks. On first use they were good. The toes are actually long enough for the whole of my toes unlike other toe socks I have (hence two, not one star), and the fit seemed fine. But one wash later and I can barely get them on my feet. They clearly shrunk in the wash (I didn't realise that still happened in 2022...),no tumble dry or anything crazy like that, just a regular wash. Because the socks have barely any stretch, they are so difficult to put on, that they are not worth having. It takes almost five minutes per sock now, and that's pre run. Imagine trying to swap to these when feet are already swollen. I bought the appropriate size for me, so I can confirm it is not that.
