Is the size 2 gym ball the right size for you?
Not sure which size to get? If you're between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, then size 2 (65 cm diameter) is perfect for you. The ball weighs 2 kg.
How to correctly inflate this ball
To inflate your ball correctly, you'll need: - a pump (ref: 8214626 or 8490986) - a tape measure for measuring the ball Your ball is correctly inflated if: - it is no bigger than its maximum diameter (65 cm for size 2) - your knees are at hip height when you sit on the ball.

In the box, you'll find: - the ball - a tape measure for correctly inflating the ball - 2 plugs - the instructions If you lose both plugs, you can buy replacements from our support website.

Durable and good quality material
You need to buy the pump in store. It wasn’t in stock when I bought this and my bike pump at home was the wrong fitting. The lovely men in the cycle store blew it up for me a few days later as they still didn’t have the correct pump in stock.

Bought for stretching and posture
I was recovering from a bad back and this helped me increase my movement like any ball of its type would. It was also easy to get comfortable on when other sitting and standing was painful again I guess this would be just like any other ball of it's type. It took while to inflate but the only negative I have was the smell. I think that has slowly disappeared though. Hard to go wrong with it really.
