The lock mechanism doesn’t snap around the shackle. Push the shackle in, change the dials and can still open it. Tried changing the combination but still won’t lock.
Unclear instructions about how to set up, fiddly to use and probably not robust enough for the purpose I intended. For me it was a waste of money
